Residents state they feel the City of Melville is continuing to turn it's back on the residents suffering from the RRRC WCF odour. Residents feel they do not deserve to be treated like a bank account for councils and the SMRC to use as they please to fix up SMRC and RRRC mismanagement and mistakes.
