REASON FOR WITHDRAWAL
Mayor, Peter Tagliaferri noted that this item was withdrawn from the Agenda as it is superfluous. Acting Chief Executive Officer, Glen Dougall noted that the legal advice the SMRC has, is that a deputy member could not fill the vacancy of the member that is currently appointed to their Council, you wouldn’t be able to replace Cr Doug Thompson if he wasn’t to attend and would not have any voting rights.
