Nature of Interest: My daughter lives in the area affected by the odour.
Cr Elliott then sought a ruling on his interest in this item on the grounds that his daughter lives in the area affected by the odour.
Cr Elliott withdrew from the Council Chambers at 6.03pm.nnn
MOVED Cr Barry, Seconded Cr Wheaton, that the interest declared by Cr Elliott in SRS-301-10 – Odour Register – Regional Resource Recovery Centre – Canning Vale is common to a significant number of electors or ratepayers.

Question (a): What number is the unique freecall number with Telstra and the overall response by residents to this number
Answer (a): Chief Executive Officer. The City is still investigating the best manner in which to set up an odour hotline. There are a number of options to be considered and these will be outlined in the Council report as resolved at the Council Meeting of 12 October in SRS-286-10.
