Following questions by Cr Olsen to the Chief Executive Officer and requesting a copy of the Submission by the City against the SMRC Licence be forwarded to all Members, it was:
MOVED Cr Barry, Seconded Cr Dowsett, that the recommendation set out below, be adopted:
That Council RESOLVE to:
Receive Report PD-434-11 Odour Register – Regional Resource Recovery Centre, Canning Vale.
For: The Mayor, Crs, Mason, Daly, Dowsett, Clarke, Olsen, Morgan, Barry, Elliott, Boylen and O’Donnell
