…THIS IS YOUR chance to have your SAY to state that you’re sick and tired of having this odour being forced on you and your family.

IMPORTANT!!
———–
If you experience the odour at your home, your work, when visting family or friends, your children’s school, the local park, sporting facility, shopping centre, while walking the dog, while driving through your local suburbs, while driving or catching the bus to work, while waiting at the bus stop or anywhere the odour affects you…
… it’s VITAL that you attend!
Residents are stating the following:
a. It appears their suffering is being ignored and treated lightly.
b. Feel furious and helpless when their houses and backyards are being filled with the odour because there’s nothing they can do to stop it overtaking their homes.
c. Feel frustrated watching their family’s suffer from ongoing health symptoms every time they experience the odour. Stating that some or all of the following are continuing to occur when they inhale the odour: coughing, gagging, running and burning eyes and nose, sore throats, headaches, migraines, blood noses, breathing problems, dizzy spells, feeling nauseous, skin irritation, sore glands…
d. Are fed up that they cannot enjoy their homes, as they should be able too.
e. They cannot entertain or spend quality time with family and friends in their homes or yards. BBQ’s and family celebrations are out of the question.
f. Their children are driven inside from the noxious odour – and aren’t able to play in their own outdoor play areas. Only to then be faced with the odour pouring into their home’s inside living areas as well.
g. Residents are woken during the night by the odour – or cannot get to sleep because the odour overruns their bedrooms.
h. Even their pets are suffering from terrible allergies when they are exposed to the odour.
i. Residents are saying they are peeved that their rates are going towards a facility that continues to emit this odour no matter how many attempts and dollars are spent on it to supposedly fix the problem.
j. Residents state they feel like Councillors and MP’s are appearing to allow them to suffer because they prefer to bury their heads in the sand – even at the expense of residents suffering.
and…
k. Feel that the State Govt and Councils have failed them by not sticking up for them – instead they continue to fund the facility using residents rates and taxes.
This doesn’t have to be the case!
IF YOU DON’T WANT THE ODOUR – SPEAK UP ON THE 4th MAY!
Residents say the noxious odour feels like it’s controlling their lives.
ATTEND THE COMMUNITY MEETING…
…and voice that you’re not going to put up with this noxious odour!
You’ve already proven via your odour logs the MASSIVE impact that the residents have on this issue.
