It’s been sad to see the ill-informed comments in response to DEC not renewing the licence of the SMRC for their RRRC WCF (that processes green topped wheelie bins). The cruel "if residents don't like it, they don't have to live there" attitude seems typical of those who support the RRRC WCF.
